      If you live particularly far out of the CBD we recommend you get in touch with us before making your booking, to avoid being disappointed.

  • Do I have to Sign a Cleaning Contract?

    • No, There is no Contract For Booking a Cleaning Service.

  • Can I Trial Cleaning Services?

  • Whats Included in Regular Office Cleaning?

    • Office Areas / Reception Area
      • All Rubbish Bins emptied, and Rubbish removed to Client Collection Point.

      • Bin Liners replaced as required.

      • Remove any Visible Cobwebs.

      • Dust all Horizontal Surfaces, including Filing Cabinets, Chairs, and Pictures.

      • Dust all Desks (Where Cleared).

      • Damp Wipe Surfaces and Desks remove Coffee Rings and any Spillage.

      • Clean Partition Glass Removing any Finger Marks.

      • Vacuum all Corners, Edges, and Carpet areas.

      • Vacuum Traffic Lanes to Remove Visible Dirt.

    • Toilets / Washrooms
      • All Rubbish Bins emptied, and Rubbish removed to Client Collection Point.

      • Bin liners Replaced as required.

      • Clean and Sanitise lid before replacing Bin Liner.

      • Clean and Sanitise Hand Basins, taps and Surrounding areas.

      • Clean and Sanitise Pans, Seats, Lids, Urinals, Handles and Fittings.

      • Clean mirrors.

      • Remove Splash Marks from Walls around Basins.

      • Replenish Toilet Tissue and Paper Towels from Client Stock.

      • Wet MOP Entire Area.

    • Board Room / Meeting Room
      • All Rubbish Bins Emptied and Rubbish removed to Client Collection Point.

      • Bin Liners replaced as required.

      • Remove Visible Cobwebs.

      • Dust Horizontal Surfaces, including Filing Cabinets, Chairs, and Pictures.

      • Clean Partition Glass removing any Finger Marks.

      • Detail Vacuum all Corners, Edges and Carpeted areas.

      • Dust MOP Hard Floor Area with Microfibre mop.

  • What Day Can I Have the Cleaning Done?

    • Our Cleaners can be very Flexible. Arrange Suitable Day and time with us directly. It’s that easy! The benefit of coming home to a neat and tidy home without having to give it a second thought is what matters most.

  • Are Snap Cleaning Cleaners Insured?

    • Yes. All Residential Cleaners and Commercial Cleaners are covered by a $1,000,000 Public Liability Insurance Policy.

  • Can I Give the Cleaner a Key?

    • Yes, You are Welcome to give the Cleaner a key. For Convenience, many of our Clients are not home when their cleaner comes and Therefore Prefer to give the Cleaner a key. With our stringent recruitment process, you can have peace of mind in doing so.

  • Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

    • Yes, All Cleaners are Police Checked.

  • Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

    • These payments are processed are handled by a third-party payment provider, Stripe. Payments are processed in real-time and are fully encrypted, We can never see your full credit card details

Complaint/ Resolution

  • What happens if I'm not happy with the clean done?

    • We take customer complaints seriously so please contact us if something is not to your satisfaction and we’ll work to make it right.

      Regular Home and commercial cleaning- We will send cleaner to reclean it

      End of tendency and one off cleaning- We understand, sometimes reclean is not possible for end of tendency clean. We want you to be satisfy with our cleaning. This is why we request you to check the cleaning when we finish. This gives us an opportunity to fix it on the spot.

  • I had a Cleaning booked and nobody turned up?

    • It’s always frustrating when someone is late or reschedules a job. The first step is to get in touch with us. We will provide you another cleaner or refund you.
